Alaçatı Taş Otel, the "stone hotel" of Alaçatı, presents itself as the town's first small hotel. It occupies a restored 130-year-old Greek house on Kemalpaşa Caddesi, the main street of the old town. People come for the location, the garden and the welcome, and because the hotel stays open all year, which is rare in Alaçatı.
A restored Greek house
Behind the stone walls, the hotel keeps the feel of a house: high ceilings, cool stone in summer, understated décor. Breakfast, made with local produce, is served in the garden. The team offers a free concierge service to book tables, outings and experiences in town.
Seven room categories
The seven categories run from the simplest to the most spacious, all beneath the house's stone walls and high ceilings. For a couple passing through, a Standard Room with a balcony is enough; for peace and quiet, the suites with a private garden are the best choice. The Suite Room, with a king bed, is the one used for our price check.
The hotel's website does not publish room sizes: Sabaro asks for them with the offer if you are torn between two categories.
Location
The hotel is at 132 Kemalpaşa Caddesi, in the heart of Alaçatı old town, about 88 km and just over an hour from İzmir airport. Restaurants, shops and cafés are within walking distance, the windsurfing bay a few minutes' drive away. See our Çeşme and Alaçatı page.
Prices
In October 2026, for two nights from 1 to 3 June 2027, the king suite cost about €251 a night for two adults, breakfast included and non-refundable, including taxes and fees, or €502 for the two nights. With free cancellation, the same rate rose to about €295 a night.
