Mustafapaşa is the most out-of-the-way village in Sabaro's Cappadocia selection, about ten minutes south of Ürgüp. Signature Cave Cappadocia has opened a hotel of just 27 suites there, part of the Trademark Collection by Wyndham, a collection of independent hotels within the American Wyndham group. The MICHELIN Guide, which lists it, notes that it adds a touch of elegance to the rough cave stone: fluted columns, antique-inspired furniture, carved woodwork in the rooms.

## Suites only

The hotel offers only suites, which differ in their bathrooms and features. The Deluxe suites, the only ones that sleep three, suit a couple or three friends; in winter, a Junior with a fireplace is the cosiest. For a honeymoon, choose a Premium with its stone-cut hammam or jetted tub; in summer, the Signature Pool Suite opens straight onto the pool.

All have air conditioning, wifi, TV, a safe, a mini-fridge, selected toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. A prayer mat is provided in the rooms.

## What the hotel arranges

Balloon flights, horse rides, valley tours: the hotel arranges the region's classic activities and publishes a discovery guide to the surroundings on its website.

**Strengths**: suites only; hammams carved into the stone; a Google rating of 4.9 out of 5 (290 reviews), one of the highest in the region.

**Good to know**: Mustafapaşa is out of the way, so you need a car or transfers to reach the sights; the hotel does not publish reliable sizes for each suite. For a suite with a hammam in Ortahisar, see [Hezen Cave Hotel](/en/hotels/hezen-cave-hotel/).
