The Rupestral House is one of the smallest hotels in Sabaro's Cappadocia selection: twelve rooms and suites carved into Uçhisar's volcanic tuff. The MICHELIN Guide, which lists it, highlights its position, one of the highest in the village, with views over the fairy chimneys and the rock-cut valleys. "Rupestral" means carved into rock: the name says it all.

## Twelve rooms, twelve names

Each room has a name and a personality. The Osbar Economy Room, the simplest, is enough for a night on the road. For a special occasion, the Hammam Royal Suites have a canopy bed and a private hammam; families have two suites of their own, Novelist and Family Castle.

All have underfloor heating, which keeps the same temperature summer and winter, wifi, satellite TV, a minibar and a hairdryer. Breakfast is served at the hotel.

## Activities

The hotel arranges dawn balloon flights and visits to the nearby underground cities, rock-cut churches and fairy chimneys. Göreme and its open-air museum are a few minutes' drive away. From the village, the Pigeon Valley and the Rose and Red valleys are within easy reach for a morning walk before the heat of the day.

In October 2026, for two nights from 1 to 3 June 2027, the hotel's own website offered its cheapest room at about €145 per night for two adults, breakfast included, non-refundable, all taxes included. It is one of the lowest prices in the Uçhisar selection.
