# KeyUrla

KeyUrla is a wine estate in Urla, west of İzmir, with 24 villas of 64 to 142 m² spread across 15,000 m² of vineyards. KeyUrla is the wine-and-countryside stay of the Aegean coast. The estate in Urla, west of İzmir, has 24 villas among 15,000 m² of vineyards, an infinity pool and a restaurant, An Urla, that cooks what the land produces. It is the region's only Relais & Châteaux member, and the most expensive hotel in our selection around İzmir. It welcomes guests over 12.

## Living among the vines

The estate combines agritourism and gastronomy: you walk the rows of vines, follow the winemaking and eat what the garden and the region provide. The hotel offers activities and experiences around wine and Urla, booked on site.

## Four villa categories

The 24 villas fall into four categories, all with a king bed. The first three are the same size: the Vineyard Villa, facing the vines, is the right choice for a couple; the Premium version adds a jacuzzi, and the Flat Villa is single-level, on the garden side. For more space or for two couples, the Deluxe villas are larger, and the duplex has a second bed.

## Location

## Prices

In October 2026, for two nights from 1 to 3 June 2027, a garden-view villa cost about €500 a night for two adults, breakfast included and non-refundable, including taxes and fees, or €1,000 for the two nights.
