Juweira Boutique Hotel is the adults-only hotel of Hawana Salalah: children under 16 are not admitted. It occupies the most secluded part of the marina, overlooking the moored boats, with some sixty rooms and suites a few minutes' walk from the beach and the resort's larger hotels.

First, the context: some European foreign ministries advise against travel to the Salalah region, and they do not all give the same advice. Yours:

(Depends on the traveller's country: see the table on https://sabaro-travel.com/en/hotels/juweira-boutique-hotel/)

Our guide [Oman and the regional situation](/en/guides/situation-oman/) sets out this advice in detail. This page presents the hotel for information.

## One rule: adults only

The hotel pitches itself for a romantic weekend, a break or time with friends, and keeps to adult guests so it can focus its service on them. Its posts set the minimum age at 16; ask for confirmation when booking if you travel with a teenager. It is one of two hotels in our Oman selection that take adults only (see [adults only](/en/themes/adults-only/)).

## On the marina

The Juweira looks over the marina waters, the palm trees and the resort. You can stroll along the quays among cafés and small shops. The beach and the bustle of the neighbouring hotels, the [Fanar](/en/hotels/fanar-hotel-residences/) and [Salalah Rotana Resort](/en/hotels/salalah-rotana-resort/), are a short walk away. The Hawana Salalah resort is about 35 km and 35 minutes by road from Salalah International Airport.

## Three ways to stay

The **Juweira Room** (50 m²) is the standard room: private balcony over the marina, seating area, walk-in shower, king or twin beds, and a choice of two colour schemes, blue-grey or red and beige.

The **Superior Room** (60 m²) is brighter, with a private terrace looking out to the Arabian Sea over the marina, a Nespresso machine and a sofa bed for a third guest.

The **Marina Suite** (90 m²), the largest, separates bedroom and living area with a sliding wooden door. Its large terrace has sun loungers; its bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower and floor-to-ceiling mirrors. This is the honeymoon choice (see [honeymoon](/en/themes/honeymoon/)).

## Eating at the Juweira

- **Al Manara**, on the ground floor, serves à la carte from breakfast to dinner, with vegan dishes.
- **As Sammack** is the fish and seafood restaurant.
- **Agora** serves Greek food.
- **Al Boom**, by the pool, offers snacks and cold drinks.

The restaurants of the marina and the neighbouring hotels add to the choice.

## What the hotel shares with its neighbours

The Juweira has two pools, massage and treatment rooms, 24-hour room service and an airport shuttle. For the rest it relies on the resort: the beach, Be Different Spa at the Fanar and the Rotana, and the Hawana aqua park, which Juweira guests enter free during the khareef, the June-to-September monsoon.

## Prices and reviews

On 20 October 2026, for two nights in March 2027, the cheapest room was offered at about €200 a night for two adults, room only, with free cancellation, taxes and fees included, possible local taxes extra.

The Juweira scores 8.7 out of 10 on Booking.com (575 reviews); it received a HolidayCheck Special Award in 2021.
