Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge is the smallest of Uçhisar's acclaimed hotels: just eleven suites, halfway between a Cappadocian cave and a contemporary house. The MICHELIN Guide, which gave it a Key, notes that it leans more towards modern design than most of the region's cave hotels. The lodge is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and highlights its commitment to sustainability.

## Suites named after Anatolian goddesses

Each suite bears the name of a Hittite or Mesopotamian deity. They differ in rock, view and volume. Nanshe, a cave and rock suite, is made for a couple; Inara, with its picture window on Pigeon Valley, and Arinnitti, a duplex with a separate living room, sleep three.

All have Egyptian cotton sheets, an espresso machine, a marble bathroom and L'Occitane products. On arrival, champagne, water and a bottle of local wine await in the suite.

## The Plum

**The Plum** restaurant serves fine dining facing the landscape. Tastings of Cappadocian wines are among the experiences the lodge highlights. It also arranges an outing to the Salt Lake, Tuz Gölü, along the old Silk Road via a caravanserai.

## A lodge for peace and quiet

With eleven suites, Ariana has none of the bustle of a large hotel. Guests come for the private terrace, the view, and to walk out into the Uçhisar valleys. Nevşehir Airport (NAV) is about 40 km away, Göreme a few minutes' drive. For the region, see our [Cappadocia](/en/turkey/cappadocia/) page.

## Prices

In October 2026, for two nights from 1 to 3 June 2027, the hotel's own website offered its least expensive suite at about €495 per night for two adults, breakfast not included and non-refundable, all taxes included. Refundable rates with breakfast are higher.
