Address Beach Resort is the hotel with Dubai's record-breaking pool: its level 77 infinity pool, 293.9 m above the ground, is certified by Guinness World Records as the highest outdoor infinity pool in the world. The hotel occupies two 77-storey towers on JBR beach (Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai Marina's seafront tower district), with direct access to the sand. It holds a MICHELIN Key, the Michelin Guide's hotel distinction, and five stars from Forbes Travel Guide, the American guide that rates hotels after inspection.

## The level 77 pool: what to know

- **Size**: 94.84 m long and 16.50 m wide, facing the Gulf and Palm Jumeirah.
- **Age**: all ages until 11.30 am, then 16 and over. Families with young children should go in the morning.
- **Hours**: 8 am to midnight Sunday to Thursday, and 8 am to 1 am on Friday and Saturday, local time.
- **Access**: free for hotel guests. Outside visitors book a package (sunbed, gazebo for two or a private cabana for up to seven), fully redeemable on food and drink.
- **Atmosphere**: the pool sits next to ZETA Seventy Seven, an award-winning rooftop restaurant and bar with a Saturday brunch and night-swim evenings. It is not a quiet spot after dark.

The eleven air-conditioned cabanas have a private bathroom and shower, a TV and a seating area. Booking ahead is recommended, as capacity is limited.

If you photograph the view, bear in mind that in the Emirates taking or sharing images of impacts, debris or the security situation is a criminal offence (see our [regional situation guide](/en/guides/situation-regionale-dubai/)).

## At ground level: three pools and the beach

Down below there are three more pools: a family pool and adults-only pools. JBR beach is right outside, with The Walk promenade, Dubai Marina Mall and Bluewaters Island a few minutes away. A closure of the Ain Dubai observation wheel on Bluewaters was reported in March 2026, so check that it is running before planning a ride. The tram and metro are within walking distance (see [getting around Dubai](/en/guides/se-deplacer-dubai/) and our [Dubai Marina, JBR and Bluewaters](/en/dubai/dubai-marina/) page).

## Rooms: Club or a suite with its own pool

The hotel has marina-view and sea-view rooms, interconnecting rooms for families and residences for longer stays. The choice comes down to two options. A sea-view Club room or suite gives you Club benefits: breakfast, lunch with alcoholic drinks from 12.30 to 3 pm, then snacks and drinks from 4 to 8 pm, at ZETA Seventy Seven or The Beach Grill. The suites with a private jacuzzi-style plunge pool on the terrace look out to Palm Jumeirah: the corner suite suits a couple, the two-bedroom one a family or two couples.

**Our tip**: Club access is worth it if you plan to have lunch and sundowners at the hotel, since lunch, drinks and early-evening snacks are all included.

## Eight restaurants

- **ZETA Seventy Seven**: Asian dishes, seafood and cocktails on level 77, the hotel's recommendation for an anniversary dinner;
- **The Beach Grill**: fish and seafood by the beach;
- **Pepe Cucina**: Italian;
- **Mott 32**: Chinese, with a weekend brunch;
- **Osh Del Mar**: Asian flavours and seafood;
- **Dreams**: global bistronomy;
- **The Restaurant** for breakfast and brunch, and **The Lounge** for afternoon tea and light bites.

The restaurants are open to non-residents; smart casual dress is requested. For more ideas, see [food and dining](/en/themes/food-and-dining/).

## The Spa on level 75

According to the hotel, this is the highest spa in Dubai: nine treatment rooms, all with Gulf views, relaxation lounges and steam rooms. See our [spa and wellness](/en/themes/spa-and-wellness/) page.

## With children

**The Qix** kids' club has an outdoor splash pad, the family pool is at ground level, and the hotel offers family rooms and deals where children eat free. In the morning the whole family can go up to the level 77 pool.

## Prices

In October 2026, for a stay in March 2027, the cheapest room was offered at around €690 a night for two adults, with breakfast and free cancellation, including taxes and fees, with a possible per-night tourism fee on top. The hotel's own website showed about €740.
